ZenaTech, Inc. has acquired Vara 3D, a Salt Lake City-area surveying and 3D mapping firm headquartered in Murray, Utah. The deal expands ZenaTech’s Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) capabilities into the high-growth solar infrastructure market and supports growth into drone-based solar panel inspection, maintenance, and washing.
