The deal brings DBM engineering talent (including Dr. Joseph Slember) into Nasuni and follows Nasuni's recent $60 million growth investment from Sixth Street.

Volaris Group Acquires Datapro Inc.

DB Technology — founded in 1983 and based in Edison, New Jersey — will move its headquarters to San Antonio; Justin Brady has been named CEO and all employees will remain in their current locations.
