Cook & Boardman Group LLC, a Littlejohn & Co.-backed specialty distributor and security integrator, has acquired San Antonio-based 3Sixty Integrated. The add-on expands Cook & Boardman's nationwide security integration capabilities; 3Sixty's CEO Will Duke will continue to lead the business and it will operate under the 3Sixty name.
