The Cook & Boardman Group LLC has acquired Intellicom, Inc., a Durham, North Carolina-based technology infrastructure firm that specializes in design, installation and maintenance of audio visual/collaboration, security, DAS and structured cabling systems. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Cook & Boardman’s capabilities and regional presence in the Carolinas and Virginia and is the firm’s tenth acquisition since Platinum Equity acquired a majority stake in 2023.
