(IDY Distributors) agreed to acquire the assets of Lowspark, Inc., including its fleet, warehousing equipment and distribution contracts, to expand its distribution and logistics footprint in Colorado. The asset purchase—subject to state licensing approvals—aims to increase IDY's service areas and capacity, with Dyspense Technologies providing the operating system for order and delivery management.

The deal (terms undisclosed) brings roughly 1.3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across three states and was agreed before recent tariff changes.

Ryder System, Inc. has acquired all outstanding equity of Midwest Warehouse & Distribution System, a Woodridge, Illinois–based 3PL that operates 17 multi-client and dedicated warehouses totaling about seven million square feet and a company-owned truck fleet. The acquisition, completed Nov. 1, 2021, expands Ryder's multi-client warehousing capability in the Chicago distribution hub and is expected to add roughly $135 million of annual revenue in 2022.
