HALO Dream Inc. (Transom-backed) Acquires Child Craft

Centre Lane Affiliate Acquires Assets of Hollander Sleep Products

Hollander, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, is a leading North American designer and manufacturer of pillows, comforters, mattress pads and other bedding products and will operate as a revitalized platform under Centre Lane's ownership.
