Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.

Ceragon Acquires End 2 End Technologies

Ceragon has completed the acquisition of End 2 End Technologies, a U.S.-based systems integrator and software developer serving private networks in the Energy and Utilities markets. The deal expands Ceragon’s private networks capabilities in North America and is expected to be accretive to non-GAAP earnings by the second half of 2025.

Endava Acquires GalaxE Group, Inc.

Endava has acquired 100% of GalaxE Group, Inc., a New Jersey–headquartered IT and business solutions provider, for up to $405 million (primarily cash, some stock). The deal adds approximately 1,650 employees, expands Endava's North American footprint, deepens its U.S. healthcare capabilities and establishes Endava's delivery operations in India.

The deal strengthens Elastic's capabilities in vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context engineering, and brings Jina's models and research into Elastic's Search AI Platform and Elastic Inference Service on Elastic Cloud.
