Elastic N.V. (Elastic) completed the acquisition of endpoint protection vendor Endgame in October 2019. The transaction, with a total purchase price of approximately $234 million (shares plus cash to repay debt and transaction expenses), brings Endgame's endpoint protection capabilities into Elastic’s security portfolio to integrate with Elastic SIEM and expand Elastic’s security product offering.

Endava Acquires GalaxE Group, Inc.
