Wolfe, LLC has acquired Give InKind, a Tacoma-based social giving platform, through a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition will allow Give InKind to leverage Wolfe's gift-card fulfillment, card-to-card gifting technology, and marketing capabilities to expand its platform and offer employee-support solutions to Wolfe's enterprise clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
