Hilco Global Acquires Sutton Leasing Assets (H19 Sutton Leasing)

Hilco Global's Commercial-Industrial team acquired all assets of Sutton Leasing, a national fleet leasing and management company headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, in a multi-million-dollar transaction that closed May 7, 2021. The business — rebranded H19 Sutton Leasing and added to Hilco's H19 group — will operate a fleet portfolio of over 7,000 vehicles and be managed by Hilco's commercial-industrial leadership to realize operational synergies with H19 Capital.

Nationwide Transport Services Acquires ContainerTransport.com

Nationwide Transport Services LLC (NTS), a Fort Lauderdale–based 3PL provider, has acquired the 25-year-old container shipping brand ContainerTransport.com. The deal adds container drayage and global container shipping capabilities to NTS's portfolio, strengthens its presence near JAXPORT (Jacksonville), and expands service offerings across the United States, Canada and internationally.

AIT Worldwide Logistics Acquires Global Transport Solutions Group

AIT Worldwide Logistics has acquired Global Transport Solutions Group (GTS), a Netherlands-headquartered specialist in time-critical marine spare parts logistics. The deal brings GTS’ more than 600 teammates across 16 locations and nine consolidation hubs into AIT’s global network, adding marine spare-parts capabilities, warehouse capacity and new geographic presence in Greece, Japan and the Nordics; terms were not disclosed.

Trimac Transportation Acquires Service Transport Company

Trimac Transportation has acquired Service Transport Company (STC), a Houston-based chemical tank carrier, effective Oct. 1, 2025. The deal expands Trimac's chemical hauling footprint across the U.S. Gulf Coast by adding STC's fleet, 16 locations, four tank wash facilities and roughly 400 employees.

TJC, L.P. Acquires Global Transport Solutions (GTS)

(GTS), an international maritime-focused logistics and forwarding provider operating under the Marinetrans and Best Global Logistics brands. The investment will provide GTS with resources to support geographic expansion, strengthen its network and capabilities, and accelerate growth across time-critical maritime supply chain markets.
