ASC Engineered Solutions (Oak Brook, IL) has acquired Ward Manufacturing (Blossburg, Pennsylvania) from Proterial America, Ltd., a subsidiary of Proterial, Ltd. The acquisition adds Ward's pipe-joining components and WARDFlex corrugated stainless steel tubing to ASC's product portfolio, expanding ASC's capability and product offering across construction, industrial, fire protection and oil & gas end markets.
