Dental Acquisitions in Michigan

Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP), a portfolio company of RC Capital, has partnered with Endodontic Specialists, a two-location endodontic practice serving Lansing, Michigan. TUSK Practice Sales advised the sellers on the transaction as EPP continues to grow its nationwide network of endodontic practices.

Henry Schein, Inc. acquired 100% of Midway Dental Supply, a full-service dental distributor headquartered in Livonia, Michigan. Midway reported approximately $110 million in 2021 sales and about 200 employees; the acquisition strengthens Henry Schein's presence in the Midwestern U.S. and brings new customers, executive talent, and sales and service personnel into its U.S. Dental business.

Great Expressions Dental Centers, a portfolio company of Roark Capital, acquired Amazing Dental Group, a Michigan-based dental services organization with four locations in the Detroit metro. The transaction closed on December 30, 2021, and Amazing Dental founders Dawsar Najor and Dr. Nawras Najor will join Great Expressions in leadership roles to support continued growth and integration.

Roark Capital Group has acquired Great Expressions Dental Centers from OMERS Private Equity. Great Expressions is a leading dental support organization with 269 affiliated practice locations across ten states and over 900 dentists and hygienists; Roark plans to accelerate growth through further affiliations and platform investment.
