Woven Solutions, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of AI-enabled mission software, has acquired Valence, a strategy and capabilities firm serving the U.S. national security and intelligence communities. The deal expands Woven's mission-planning, operational technology integration, and strategic communications capabilities and provides additional sole-source prime contract access.

Versaterm has acquired Aloft, an FAA-approved UAS Service Supplier (USS) that provides real-time airspace intelligence and LAANC flight authorization services. Versaterm will integrate Aloft’s authorization and airspace-awareness capabilities into its DroneSense platform to streamline FAA approvals and regulatory compliance for public safety, government, and enterprise drone operations.

Nava Public Benefit Corporation has acquired Beam, a cloud-based SaaS platform that supports safety-net, emergency aid, and cash assistance programs, and will integrate Beam into Nava's open-source Strata suite. The acquisition broadens Nava's end-to-end benefits delivery capabilities — Beam has disbursed more than $400 million to over 300,000 recipients across 39 states — and brings Beam's team and technology into Nava to accelerate modern, open government benefits delivery.

Schneider Geospatial, an Align Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Bruce Harris & Associates (BHA), a Batavia, Illinois–based GIS consulting firm specializing in parcel mapping, geodatabase design and land records modernization. The add-on expands Schneider Geospatial’s services and delivery capacity for complex parcel and land-records programs for state and local governments.

Incline Equity Partners has made a majority investment in MCCi in partnership with CEO Donny Barstow and the MCCi management team, while Century Park Capital Partners transitions its ownership position. The transaction is a recapitalization intended to support MCCi’s continued growth in GovTech and its suite of enterprise content management and workflow automation solutions for state and local governments; financial terms were not disclosed.

Libera, a Tideshift-backed GovTech software platform, has acquired the divested asset CiviCore from Neon One. The transaction brings CiviCore’s cloud-native case management, analytics and grant-tracking capabilities into Libera’s inFormed platform to expand its offerings for state and local government and nonprofit customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bart & Associates (B&A), a portfolio company of private equity firm DFW Capital Partners, has acquired Celestar Holdings Corporation, a Tampa-based multi-INT intelligence services and solutions provider. The add-on strengthens B&A's intelligence capabilities—adding HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT and OSINT—and positions the combined company to pursue larger opportunities across the defense and intelligence enterprise (NGA, DIA, Combatant Commands).
