UPSTACK, a full-service technology advisory firm, has acquired Arkansas-based IT advisory firm V3 Technology Inc. As part of the deal, V3 President Tom VanVeckhoven (and other V3 team members) will join UPSTACK to expand the firm's network optimization, managed services and midmarket capabilities.

Boston-based private equity firm M/C Partners has completed a strategic growth investment in Edafio Technology Partners, a leading IT managed services provider headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. The partnership is intended to accelerate Edafio’s regional expansion and enhance its managed services, cloud and cybersecurity capabilities through organic growth and potential acquisitions.

Denver-based private equity firm Mountaingate Capital completed a strategic investment in RevUnit, a Bentonville-based digital strategy and product studio. The capital injection will support RevUnit’s organic growth and Mountaingate’s buy-and-build strategy to accelerate growth through strategic add-on acquisitions.

Corbel Capital Partners closed a structured investment (senior secured debt and common equity) into Baker's Computer Services, LLC, alongside independent sponsors Fields Texas, LTD and Cave Springs Group, LLC. The capital and operational support are intended to support BCS's technical repair and reverse-logistics services for retail point-of-sale hardware and accelerate growth.
