The deal expands Inszone’s presence in Arkansas and provides Williamson Insurance with additional resources, technology and carrier relationships while preserving the local team.
U.S. Dermatology Partners, a Dallas-based dermatology network, has acquired Helms Dermatology, adding locations in Russellville and Clarksville and marking USDP's first entry into Arkansas.
