Logistics & Distribution Acquisitions in Oregon

Radiant Logistics, Inc. acquired the operations of DVA Associates, Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based provider of domestic and international transportation and logistics services. The deal was structured with a portion of the purchase price payable based on future performance; DVA will continue under Danielle Van Auken and be combined with Radiant's existing Portland operations as Radiant expands its market density and network capabilities.

Tampa-based 3PL BlueGrace Logistics has acquired Evos Smart Tools, a Bend, Oregon–based SaaS optimization platform for shippers. BlueGrace plans to integrate Evos into its BlueShip platform for real-time route and load optimization while continuing to offer the Evos SaaS as a standalone product; financial terms were not disclosed.

Wagner Logistics, a North Kansas City-based third‑party logistics provider, has acquired Fulcrum Logistics, Inc., a Portland, Oregon regional warehousing specialist focused on food and beverage storage and handling. Fulcrum will operate as a division of Wagner, expanding Wagner's capabilities and customer relationships in the food and beverage sector.

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, has entered an agreement to acquire Pacific Tire Distributors, a family-owned wholesale tire distributor headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The deal, which is expected to close Sept. 11, 2023, expands U.S. AutoForce’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest by adding Pacific Tire’s four distribution centers to its network.

Bleckmann has acquired The Renewal Workshop to expand its circular supply chain capabilities for fashion and lifestyle brands, adding renewal and recommerce services to its returns management offering. The acquisition brings The Renewal Workshop's proprietary renewal system, processes and environmental methodology into Bleckmann's global logistics and returns platform to enable scalable recommerce and reduced environmental impact.

Littlejohn & Co., a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private investment firm, has acquired Magnate Worldwide (MWW), a Portland, Oregon-headquartered diversified supply chain management and premium logistics provider. CIVC Partners sold its position in MWW; financing for the transaction was provided by Citizens Bank and Prospect Capital Corporation. Terms were not disclosed.

Banner Solutions, a portfolio company of High Road Capital Partners, has acquired Berg Wholesale, a Tualatin, Oregon-based wholesale distributor of door, bath and security hardware. The add-on deal — Banner's fourth under High Road's ownership — expands Banner's geographic footprint (distribution centers in Anaheim and Orlando) and enhances its capabilities in the multi-family and residential markets; the transaction closed May 31, 2019 with financing provided by Monroe Capital.

Celadon Group, a publicly traded North American trucking and logistics company, has acquired Distribution, Inc., d.b.a. FTL, a regional trucking/transportation provider owned by Todd Harman. The deal is positioned to expand Celadon’s geographic footprint and trucking capabilities by integrating FTL’s management team and customer relationships into Celadon’s network.
