Professional Services Acquisitions in Nevada

ATIS, a St. Louis-based provider of elevator and escalator inspections and consulting (backed by Thompson Street Capital Partners), has acquired Technical Inspection Agency USA (TIA USA), a Las Vegas–headquartered provider of vertical transportation inspections and consulting serving Nevada and Arizona. The deal expands ATIS’ national footprint and technical capabilities in complex vertical transportation systems; terms were not disclosed.

The Visualize Group has agreed to acquire BMM Testlabs, a global provider of testing, inspection, compliance, and certification (TICC) services for the regulated gaming industry. BMM CEO Martin Storm will retain a significant stake and continue leading the business as Visualize plans to invest in organic and inorganic growth to accelerate global expansion.

A1 Garage Door Service has acquired American Veteran Garage Door Repair, adding three locations and expanding A1’s presence in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. The independent, multi-location Las Vegas operator founded by Mike Biniamini will begin operating as A1 Garage Doors in early August, furthering A1’s roll-up of regional garage door service brands.

Agilea Solutions has acquired Workerbee, an on-demand talent marketplace that connects businesses with vetted corporate software experts for platforms like UKG, Workday, SAP, and Salesforce. Workerbee will operate independently under Agilea leadership (Heiko Roth as CEO) and its Workerbee Enterprise product will add centralized account management and PO-based billing to Agilea's HCM systems-integration offerings.

Allied Universal, through its MSA Security business, has acquired Elite Tactical Security Solutions to expand its security and canine-detection capabilities in the Las Vegas market. Elite Tactical’s 40 security professionals and 10 canine detection teams — along with an ATF-licensed canine training center in Henderson, Nevada — will be integrated into Allied Universal/MSA Security operations to support hospitality, events and commercial venue clients.

An affiliate of Sun European Partners completed a majority investment in Anderson Business Advisors, a Las Vegas–based provider of entity formation, registered agent, tax preparation and bookkeeping services for real estate investors. Management and employees reinvested and retain a significant minority stake; Sun European intends to pursue a buy-and-build strategy to grow Anderson’s market share and capabilities across the corporate services sector.

Management and employees reinvested proceeds to retain a significant minority stake, and Sun Capital intends to pursue a buy-and-build strategy to scale the business and increase market share.

Lexitas, a technology-enabled litigation services provider and portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has acquired Oasis Reporting Services, a Las Vegas-based court reporting and deposition services firm. The acquisition expands Lexitas' presence in the Western U.S. and enhances its national litigation support footprint.
