Knightvest Capital acquired the 412-unit Avana Desert View apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona as the eighth investment in its Fund II. Knightvest plans value‑add renovations — modernizing unit interiors, refreshing common areas, and upgrading amenities — to deepen its Phoenix‑area footprint and drive long‑term returns for investors.

Inframark has acquired Cornerstone Properties, Inc., a Phoenix-based community and HOA management firm, to expand its community management presence in the Arizona market. Cornerstone's leadership, including President Mike Roberson, will remain in place as Inframark integrates the business to bolster its regional service capabilities.

Charlesbank Capital Partners has made a strategic growth investment in CCMC, a Scottsdale-based community association management company, with CCMC's management team co-investing. Concurrently, a new parent company, Community Management Holdings, was formed and Deb Dulsky was named CEO to lead expansion into additional community types, capability investments, and M&A activity.

Fathom Holdings, a national technology-driven real estate services platform, has acquired Scottsdale-based My Home Group, adding more than 2,200 agents and expanding Fathom’s agent network to roughly 14,500. The deal preserves the My Home Group brand and management team and creates cross-selling opportunities for Fathom’s mortgage and title services as it strengthens its presence in Arizona.

Suntex Marina Investors LLC, in partnership with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., has acquired Saguaro Lake Marina near Mesa, Arizona. The marina expands Suntex's Phoenix-area footprint (its third marina and third Suntex Boat Club within a two-hour drive of Phoenix) and includes slips, covered slips, dry storage, a fuel dock, pump-out, ships store, on-site marine service center and an on-site restaurant.

Clear Title Agency of Arizona has acquired the operating assets of First Arizona Title, adding four branch locations and more than 1,000 customer accounts. The transaction expands Clear Title's footprint in the Phoenix metro market and strengthens its position among local title and escrow providers in Arizona.

Class Valuation, a Gridiron Capital portfolio company, has acquired Appraisal Tek (ATek), a nationwide appraisal management company headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. The add-on expands Class Valuation’s regional footprint and staff-appraiser network to improve service levels, scale operations, and enhance its digital appraisal capabilities.

Phoenix-based residential brokerage North&Co. has acquired Chandler-based Rusch Gledhill Brokerage, adding the local team's relationships in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler and Queen Creek to North&Co.'s platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; the move expands North&Co.'s East Valley footprint and agent resources, bringing the firm to more than 260 agents across four Greater Phoenix offices.

Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management completed a cash tender offer and merger to acquire The New Home Company. The transaction resulted in The New Home Company becoming a privately held, indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Apollo funds, with remaining shares converted to $9.00 per share in cash.

Houston-based property manager Asset Living has acquired Shelton Residential, an Arizona-based property management firm that oversees more than 17,000 multifamily units across Arizona, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. The deal expands Asset Living's presence in the Southwestern U.S.; owners Tom and Pam Shelton and the Shelton team will join Asset Living to lead the company's Southwest region.
