Pure Hockey has acquired Off The Bench, a locally owned hockey and lacrosse retailer in Omaha, Nebraska, marking Pure Hockey's first entry into Nebraska. The acquisition expands Pure Hockey's nationwide footprint to 81 retail locations and aims to broaden product selection and community support for local youth hockey and lacrosse programs.

Rickley Sports Cards, a family-owned sports card and memorabilia shop in Bellevue, Nebraska, has acquired Perfect 10 Card Company, a veteran‑owned sports card retailer based in Omaha, Nebraska. Financial terms were not disclosed; Rickley said the acquisition will broaden its product offering by adding Perfect 10's sealed hobby boxes and graded-10 cards sold through brick-and-mortar, social media and wholesale channels.

Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ: CASY) announced the closing of its acquisition of Buchanan Energy, owner of Bucky's Convenience Stores, adding 94 stores and deepening Casey's Midwest presence, notably in Nebraska and Illinois. The deal increases Casey's owned and operated stores to over 2,300 units; Casey's will divest six stores as required by an FTC consent order.
