Retail Acquisitions in Nevada

Blue Point Capital Partners, together with its portfolio company Local Crafts Group, has acquired Jimmy Beans Wool, a Reno-based retailer and distributor of yarn, knitting patterns, tools and accessories. The deal brings Jimmy Beans' boutique yarn lines and acquired brands into Local Crafts' platform, strengthening distribution, manufacturing capabilities and support for independent yarn stores across the U.S. and Canada.

Lazydays (NASDAQ: LAZY) has acquired Findlay RV, a dealership located in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking Lazydays' entry into the Nevada market and adding the Tiffin brand for that region. The store is expected to contribute approximately $40 million in annualized revenue at steady state and represents Lazydays' nineteenth location.

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Tryke Companies (dba Reef Dispensaries), a vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator, expanding Curaleaf's cultivation and retail footprint across Arizona, Nevada and Utah. The transaction included cash and Curaleaf subordinate voting shares with total consideration of approximately US$181 million plus contingent shares tied to 2022 EBITDA targets, and is expected to be immediately accretive to Curaleaf's EBITDA and free cash flow.

Jushi Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of Nevada-based NuLeaf, Inc., purchasing its retail dispensaries, a 27,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility and a 13,000 sq. ft. processing facility for up to US$53.6 million. The deal expands Jushi's Nevada retail footprint to four dispensaries and strengthens its cultivation and manufacturing capabilities in the state.

Raleigh-based Verizon authorized retailer Victra has acquired Go Wireless, bringing Go Wireless' store staff into Victra employment while retaining Go Wireless' Las Vegas-based back-office team to support integration. The acquisition expands Victra's retail footprint to nearly 1,600 locations nationwide and strengthens its field and store operations.

Wax Center Partners (WCP), a European Wax Center platform backed by MKH Capital Partners, acquired four European Wax Center locations in the Las Vegas area (Centennial Hills, Henderson, Rainbow and Summerlin). The transaction expands WCP’s footprint into Nevada and adds to the platform’s multi-state roll-up of EWC franchise centers as it continues pursuing new development and acquisition opportunities.
