Retail Acquisitions in Tennessee

SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) has acquired Nashville Nursery and Landscape Supply, a one-location wholesale nursery and landscape products distributor in Nashville, Tennessee. The purchase expands SiteOne’s nursery footprint and provides a strategic location to better serve landscape professionals in the growing Nashville market.

AFS Group (doing business as America's Floor Source) has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Flooring Solutions, a Memphis, Tennessee-based flooring and tile retailer. The business will operate under the AFS brand, retain its leaders and staff, and remain at its current Memphis location as part of AFS's mid-South expansion.

Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. agreed to acquire United Grocery Outlet (UGO), adding 40 stores and a distribution center and expanding Grocery Outlet's footprint into six Southeastern states. The deal—purchased from affiliates of Gen Cap America, Inc. and current and former UGO management—is expected to close early in Q2 2024 and provides a platform for further Southeast expansion while being modestly accretive to 2024 earnings.

Parman Holdings Corporation, an employee-owned company based in Columbia, Tennessee, has acquired Cleburne Farm Supply. The location will operate as a second site for Parman Tractor & Equipment (PT&E), continuing AGCO sales, service and parts while adding a rental department and construction equipment lines.

Entrust Global Group has acquired Southern Hobby Supply, a North American distributor of sports cards and trading-card game products based in Nashville. Southern Hobby's owners will remain in operating roles, Kevin Isaacson will join as CEO, and the deal expands Entrust's collectibles and enthusiast distribution capabilities and portfolio revenue.

ACON Investments led a recapitalization and acquisition of Bargain Holdings, L.L.C. (doing business as Bargain Hunt). The transaction (terms undisclosed) will strengthen Bargain Hunt's balance sheet and support the company's growth plan, including investments in merchandise, technology and other operational initiatives; Bargain Hunt operates 90 stores and is headquartered in La Vergne, Tennessee.
