Roofing Acquisitions in 2024

Leafguard, a brand within Great Day Improvements, has acquired a San Antonio branch of BELDON Roofing Company, expanding its service footprint to 19 Texas counties. The new branch (located at 5039 West Avenue) will open July 1, 2024 and be led by regional director Pete Predmore as part of Leafguard’s continued Texas expansion.

Results Roofing, a Carrollton, Texas-based roofing company, has acquired Pelt Roofing & Construction of New Braunfels, Texas, extending Results Roofing's service area to include San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Temple and surrounding communities. The acquisition integrates Pelt's team into Results Roofing to expand capacity, expertise, and customer support across the broader Texas footprint.

Centre Partners partnered with Quick Roofing management to acquire Quick Roofing, a Dallas–Fort Worth headquartered residential and commercial roofing services provider operating across nine states. Centre Partners will support Quick's next phase of expansion—both organic and acquisition-driven—while CEO Eric Armstrong remains an investor and will continue to lead the business; Fidelity Direct Lending provided debt financing for the deal.
