Scorability, a college-recruiting technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, has acquired Ryzer, the Des Moines-based event registration and management platform for college and youth sports. The deal combines Scorability’s data-driven recruiting and analytics tools with Ryzer’s large events ecosystem to create an integrated platform serving thousands of programs and over a million athletes annually.

Ever.Ag has acquired PrairiE Systems, a provider of feed management and e‑procurement software for pork producers. The deal brings PrairiE's Feed Allocation System (FAS) and Smart Order e‑procurement into Ever.Ag's livestock and animal protein portfolio to expand its capabilities for feed management and procurement across the pork value chain.

Advantive, a mission-critical software provider for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, has acquired Proplanner, a provider of assembly-focused Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The acquisition adds Proplanner’s Assembly Planner, Shop Floor MES, and Flow Planner capabilities to Advantive’s ERP, MES and SPC portfolio to strengthen its assembly-focused manufacturing solutions and improve shop-floor planning, work-instruction generation, and traceability for customers across aerospace, automotive and heavy manufacturing.

Calero-MDSL, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners and Oak Hill Capital, has acquired Network Control, a boutique Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and managed mobility provider headquartered in Waverly, Iowa. The deal brings Network Control's high-touch TEM team and operations into Calero-MDSL to accelerate growth in the mid-market; Mark Hearn, Network Control's owner and CEO, will join Calero-MDSL as Vice President and General Manager of the Network Control business unit.

SPS Commerce (NASDAQ: SPSC) acquired GCommerce, a provider of EDI and supply‑chain software for the automotive aftermarket, for approximately $45 million in cash. The deal brings GCommerce customers and capabilities into SPS’s retail cloud network and is expected to contribute incremental revenue while strengthening SPS’s leadership in the automotive aftermarket.

SETWorks, a disability service management software provider, acquired EDoc — the electronic documentation platform used by over 50 Iowa I/DD providers — from Imagine the Possibilities. The acquisition expands SETWorks' footprint in Iowa and positions it as the largest I/DD software provider in the state while giving EDoc customers the option to migrate to the SETWorks platform.
