Hueman People Solutions acquired PrincetonOne in a deal that closed June 6, 2024, expanding Hueman's recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) capabilities and industry expertise. The transaction (terms undisclosed) brings PrincetonOne's specialized RPO models and approximately 83 employees into Hueman, strengthening services for pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, manufacturing and industrial clients.

SixSibs Capital, a family-owned private investment company, has made a significant long-term investment in Stevenson Search Partners, a global life sciences executive search firm with offices in the U.S. and the U.K. Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to SixSibs on the transaction. The investment is intended as a buy-and-hold partnership to support Stevenson’s long-term growth plans.

Job.com, an AI-powered recruitment platform based in Austin, Texas, has acquired PrincetonOne, a New Jersey-based talent solutions and recruitment firm specializing in RPO, permanent search, and contract staffing. The acquisition (PrincetonOne brings ~130 employees) will expand Job.com's service offerings and enrich its proprietary AI with new data to improve hiring outcomes and scale revenue.

IDC Technologies has acquired Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a national staffing firm headquartered in Ewing, New Jersey. Lyneer operates over 100 offices and provides temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm staffing across light industrial, clerical, hospitality, accounting/finance and medical segments — the deal expands IDC's manpower and workforce solutions capabilities.

Aequor Technologies, a Life Sciences staffing and consulting firm based in Piscataway, New Jersey, has acquired HireLifeScience.com, a niche career network focused on life sciences recruiting. The acquisition will expand Aequor's visibility and talent access in the life sciences market and support plans to build a full-featured temporary staffing platform.

ZRG acquired Turnkey Search and merged all Turnkey staff and assets into the combined business now operating as TurnkeyZRG. Len Perna continues to lead the sports & entertainment practice while ZRG applies its data-driven, tech-enabled 'Moneyball' approach to expand into sports, entertainment and media recruiting.

Futuris Company signed definitive agreements to acquire majority ownership in two Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based staffing firms, Fourth Technologies, Inc. (Fortek) and Soft2001, Inc. The two companies together generate roughly $7.25 million in annual revenue and the deals are intended to expand Futuris's HCM/staffing platform in the Northeast U.S.; both transactions were expected to close in September 2020.

PSI Services LLC, a global workforce solutions provider, has acquired Caliper, a talent management and assessment company founded in 1961. Capstone Partners advised Caliper on the transaction; PSI said the acquisition will broaden its assessment portfolio by combining Caliper’s flagship Caliper Profile and Precision Series solutions with PSI’s existing capabilities.

RF Investment Partners SBIC has made a growth capital investment in True Talent Advisory, a Haddonfield, New Jersey–based, tech-enabled human capital platform.
