IT Services Buyout Acquisitions in 2026

Myriad360, a global systems integrator focused on cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and AI, has acquired Advizex Technologies to form an integrated enterprise platform with over $900 million in annual run-rate gross revenue. The deal expands Myriad360’s technical capabilities, geographic reach, and managed services scale, combining Advizex’s enterprise relationships and data/AI expertise with Myriad360’s infrastructure, networking, and security strengths. Terms were not disclosed.

Net at Work acquired Durham, North Carolina-based managed services provider OnPar Technologies to expand its national managed services footprint and deepen industry-focused offerings. OnPar—serving clients across 35 states with more than two decades of experience—will be integrated into Net at Work's platform, providing clients access to broader resources while preserving service continuity.

Innovia Consulting has acquired Microsoft partner firms 365Vertical and 365 Cannabis to expand its industry‑focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central portfolio. The deal brings specialized ERP and seed‑to‑sale capabilities and teams into Innovia to broaden vertical solutions for regulated industries such as cannabis, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Ricoh (through Ricoh Chile S.A.) has acquired ValueTech, a Santiago-based process automation and document management technology company founded in 2001. The deal strengthens Ricoh's presence in Latin America and expands its capabilities in AI-driven process automation, intelligent document processing, ECM and managed services for regulated industries.

HR Path, the Paris-based global HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider, has acquired Lumi, a U.S.-based Workday integrations specialist founded in 2017. The deal strengthens HR Path's Workday capabilities and expands its presence in North America.

AEA Investors' Small Business Private Equity team has made a majority investment in Magna5, a Canonsburg, Pennsylvania–based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, with significant reinvestment from Magna5's management team. The partnership will support scaling Magna5's national platform and expanding its cybersecurity, compliance, and AI-enabled capabilities; CEO Bob Farina and the current leadership team will remain in place.

Armanino has acquired Step Up Consulting, a UKG Ready implementation and support partner headquartered in California. The acquisition expands Armanino’s enterprise technology and HCM service capabilities to better serve small- and mid-sized organizations seeking scalable human capital management solutions.

Concentric Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private investment firm, has acquired Aleysian, a Salesforce implementation and advisory firm. As part of the transaction Aleysian named Jon Klinepeter as CEO and moved former CEO Dustin Ward into the COO role to support scaled delivery and accelerated investments in Salesforce capabilities.

Ricoh (through Ricoh Canada Inc.) has acquired ET Group, a Toronto-based audiovisual technology and workplace collaboration integrator and division of Pistil Enterprises Ltd. The acquisition expands Ricoh's digital workplace and AV integration capabilities in Canada, adding enterprise and public-sector AV engineering, managed services, and hybrid collaboration solutions to Ricoh's portfolio.

Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) has purchased I2X Technologies, an IT software, systems engineering, integration, testing, and data management provider. I2X will operate under OSC Global, a CIRI-owned IT and cybersecurity group, and the acquisition is intended to broaden CIRI's capabilities, create operational synergies, and support long-term growth.

Net at Work, a North American technology advisor, acquired Boston-based BHE Consulting to strengthen its Sage and Acumatica ERP capabilities and expand delivery capacity across construction, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution verticals. BHE co-founders Greg Archambault and Russ Carey will remain with Net at Work to support client continuity and integration of BHE's solutions.

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP has acquired 2NDGEAR, a U.S. technology lifecycle solutions provider specializing in certified refurbished devices, configuration and deployment services, and industry-focused end-user programs. The deal expands Quantum's circular technology platform, using 2NDGEAR's Albuquerque facility and sales teams to accelerate placements of refurbished devices into education and commercial workforce environments.

Technology Management Concepts (TMC), a Microsoft-focused consulting firm based in El Segundo, California, has acquired The TM Group (TMG), an ERP/CRM consulting firm headquartered in Novi, Michigan. The acquisition expands TMC's Microsoft ERP, CRM, Power Platform, cloud, data, automation, and AI capabilities and adds TMG's ERP expertise and long-standing customer relationships to TMC's bench.

Lafayette-based managed IT services firm S1 Technology has acquired Computer Concepts, a more-than-25-year IT services and cybersecurity provider that serves businesses across Louisiana and Texas. The deal expands S1 Technology's footprint across the Gulf South and broadens its managed security and IT services capability and resources for regional customers.

Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired Halvik Corp to expand its high-end data analytics, AI, systems modernization, and cybersecurity capabilities across U.S. federal agencies. Halvik, headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, with about 600 employees, will join Tetra Tech's Government Services Group; financial terms were not disclosed.

Copper River Family of Companies, a Native Alaska‑owned federal contractor, has acquired The Prospective Group (TPG), a provider of IT and mission‑services for U.S. federal agencies. The acquisition expands Copper River's cybersecurity, analytics, cloud, and enterprise modernization capabilities and broadens its federal customer base.

UBEO Business Services has acquired Advanced Business Equipment, a locally owned office technology dealer serving Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC. The deal expands UBEO’s footprint in the Carolinas and brings ABE’s team and dealer relationships (Canon, Konica Minolta, etc.) into UBEO’s national business-technology platform while maintaining local support for customers.

Kaizen Analytix has acquired Nihon Technology to strengthen its SAP, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity capabilities while expanding its delivery footprint across Japan and India. Nihon will continue to operate with its leadership team and provide Kaizen clients expanded access to AI, advanced analytics, and large-scale data modernization services.

Protera has acquired Redfig, an SAP-focused business transformation firm, to broaden its enterprise IT modernization, SAP BTP and AI automation capabilities. An affiliate of Gemspring Capital Management has acquired TRG, a Cleveland-area provider of enterprise mobility lifecycle management and integrated cybersecurity solutions. TRG founder and CEO Sean Kennedy, the Kennedy family, and the existing management team retain a significant ownership stake; Gemspring said it will provide capital and operational resources to support continued growth and strategic acquisitions.

JumpCloud has acquired MacSolution, the largest JumpCloud managed service provider (MSP) in the Americas, to establish a strategic go-to-market and professional services hub in São Paulo, Brazil. The deal brings MacSolution's JumpCloud-specific technical and GTM team in-house to accelerate migrations, expand enterprise-ready services, and strengthen channel and MSP execution; terms were not disclosed.

11:11 Systems, a managed infrastructure solutions provider, has acquired Ntirety, a managed and professional IT services firm with a global VMware business. The acquisition strengthens 11:11's VMware-focused cloud capabilities, security and compliance offerings, and expands its customer base amid Broadcom's changes to the VMware Cloud Service Provider ecosystem; terms were not disclosed.

Ricoh Company, Ltd. has acquired Presentation Products, Inc. (PPI), a New York–based audiovisual integrator with roughly 100 specialists, to strengthen its U.S. pro AV, collaboration, and managed services capabilities. PPI’s team will join Ricoh’s managed AV services organization (Cenero) to scale integrated workplace solutions across AV, IT, collaboration platforms, and managed services in North America.

System One has acquired Cypress Consulting, a Bethesda, Maryland-based technology consulting firm specializing in cloud architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity, and data center network engineering. The acquisition expands System One's data center and critical infrastructure capabilities in network engineering, automation, and security; terms were not disclosed.

Park Place Technologies has completed a merger with Service Express to form a global leader in data center and IT infrastructure services, operating under the Park Place Technologies name with global headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. The combined company serves more than 20,000 customers, has over 3,000 employees worldwide, and aims to expand capabilities across traditional, cloud, and AI-accelerated environments.

CGI Inc. has completed the acquisition of Comarch Polska SA through its wholly owned Polish subsidiary, CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants (Polska) sp. z o.o. More than 460 IT and business consulting professionals will join CGI, strengthening the firm's public sector capabilities and expanding its presence across Poland and the Baltic States.

Foretopia, an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, has acquired Esonus, a Utah-based NetSuite technology and development firm, with the companies merging under the Foretopia brand effective January 1, 2026. The acquisition expands Foretopia's NetSuite implementation, integrations, SuiteApp development and AI-driven managed services across North America; former Esonus Managing Director Colin Boothe joins Foretopia as CIO and Chief Revenue Officer.
