Aerospace & Defense Acquisitions in New Hampshire

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of GenNx/AeroRepair IntermediateCo Inc., the parent company of Aero 3, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $350 million in cash (subject to working capital adjustments). The deal expands VSE's global aviation aftermarket distribution and MRO capabilities—particularly in wheel and brake repair and distribution—and was funded with proceeds from VSE's October 2025 public offering.

Anduril Industries has acquired American Infrared Solutions (AIRS), a U.S.-based manufacturer of cooled infrared cameras and components. Terms were not disclosed; Anduril says AIRS will continue to serve customers from its New Hampshire facilities while AIRS hardware is integrated into Anduril's sensing and imaging product families.

Parris Javaid, Inc., parent company of Parraid, LLC, has acquired DesignLinx Hardware Solutions, an award-winning FPGA and embedded systems engineering firm. The acquisition is intended to expand Parraid's FPGA and embedded software capabilities and consolidate engineering teams to accelerate development of next-generation telemetry and communications products.

Anduril Industries has acquired American Infrared Solutions (AIRS), a U.S.-based developer and manufacturer of cooled thermal/infrared camera systems. The deal brings in-house infrared sensor and camera manufacturing capabilities to support Anduril's defense and autonomous systems; terms were not disclosed.

LightPath Technologies, Inc. agreed to acquire G5 Infrared, LLC for $27.0 million in a cash-and-stock transaction (with potential performance-based consideration) to create a vertically integrated infrared imaging solutions provider. G5, a Hudson, New Hampshire-based maker of high-end cooled infrared camera systems with preliminary 2024 revenue of at least $15 million, will expand LightPath's product portfolio and accelerate revenue growth; the combined company is expected to achieve at least $55 million in revenue in the 12 months following closing.

ITT Inc. agreed to acquire kSARIA, a mission-critical connectivity and cable-assembly manufacturer serving aerospace and defense, from Behrman Capital for approximately $475 million. The deal, announced August 1, 2024 and completed in September 2024, expands ITT's Connect & Control Technologies capabilities by adding engineered fiber-optic and electrical interconnect products and roughly 1,000 employees across six North American sites.

Arcline Investment Management formed a new platform called Quantic and announced that Quantic has acquired TRM Microwave. TRM Microwave is a designer and manufacturer of custom RF and microwave components and subsystems serving military, space and commercial markets; the deal is an add-on to build out Quantic's mission-critical electronics capabilities.

Pacific Defense, a defense electronics platform backed by HCI Equity Partners and Emerald Lake Capital Management, has acquired Nashua, New Hampshire–based Spear Research. The acquisition adds electronic warfare, signals intelligence (SIGINT/ELINT), RF engineering, advanced signal processing and autonomous networked sensor capabilities to Pacific Defense's portfolio to better serve DoD and select international customers.

GenNx360 Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in AeroRepair Corp, a North American provider of wheel, brake, landing gear and component MRO services headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. The transaction represents a sale by Weinberg Capital Group, which had owned AeroRepair since 2012; management will remain in place as GenNx360 pursues organic and inorganic growth initiatives to expand the business.
