E1T1 Automotive Group, led by Jarryd Carver, acquired Audi Gainesville from Warren Henry Automotive Group. Haig Partners served as exclusive buy-side advisor; the deal marks E1T1’s first acquisition in Florida and its entry into the luxury segment, with Carver becoming Florida’s first Black Audi dealer.

ZT Automotive, owned by the Badar Family Office and managed by ZT Corporate, acquired four Maus Family Automotive dealership locations in the Tampa Bay area (Maus Acura | North Tampa; Maus Nissan | North Tampa; Maus Nissan | New Port Richey; Maus Nissan | Brooksville). The deal expands ZT Automotive's footprint in Florida, adding the Acura brand and strengthening its Nissan presence as part of a broader regional growth strategy.

All County Tire & Auto, a Straightaway brand, has acquired JC Automotive, a family-owned auto repair shop in St. Petersburg, Florida. The acquisition expands All County's presence on Florida's west coast and brings JC Automotive's team into the All County/Straightaway platform.

Quality Collision Group (QCG) has acquired 1st Class Auto, a Pompano Beach-based luxury vehicle collision repair shop, marking QCG's entry into Florida as its 13th state. FOCUS Investment Banking served as exclusive financial advisor to 1st Class Auto; the acquisition expands QCG's national network of OEM-certified repair facilities.

Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co., LLC has acquired Bolt Energy USA, a manufacturer of lithium batteries for personal transportation vehicles (PTVs) including golf cars. The deal brings Bolt’s battery technology into Nivel’s distribution and aftermarket portfolio to strengthen its product offering for PTV dealers and accelerate electrification initiatives.

Sun Auto Tire & Service acquired seven Vannoy's Tires locations in the greater Pensacola, Florida region, adding strategic infill to its existing Gulf Coast footprint. The transaction expands Sun Auto's presence in Florida and the Gulf Coast while preserving continuity for Vannoy employees and customers.

An affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Pick Your Part from LKQ Corporation. Pick Your Part, a nationwide self-service auto salvage yard operator with 61 locations, will operate as a standalone platform under Pacific Avenue (with Partners Capital as a lead co-investor) and pursue strategic growth initiatives including add-on M&A while management remains in place.

Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) has made a strategic growth investment in Tint World Automotive Styling Centers, marking Tint World's first institutional capital. The funding will be used to accelerate franchise development, enhance operational support, and expand the brand's presence across the U.S. and internationally.

Shottenkirk Automotive Group has acquired Subaru of Jacksonville, marking Shottenkirk's entry into the Subaru brand and the Jacksonville, Florida market. Heritage Capital Group served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Subaru of Jacksonville (owned by Phil Porter Sr./the Porter family); terms were not disclosed.

Caliber, the national operator of auto collision and auto glass repair centers, has acquired Car Body Lab, a Miami Beach–based mobile auto body repair provider operating in 20 cities across seven states. The deal — terms not disclosed — expands Caliber's Fleet Solutions capabilities and brings Car Body Lab founder Rudy Joudet into Caliber's leadership as Vice President of Operations; Stephens Inc. served as exclusive financial advisor to Car Body Lab.

Morgan Automotive Group has acquired Hodges Mazda of the Avenues in Jacksonville and Hodges Mazda of St. Augustine from David and Dan Hodges, with Haig Partners advising the sellers. The sale of the Jacksonville store set a record for the highest "blue sky" value paid for a Mazda dealership and further expands Morgan's footprint across Florida. The Hodges brothers are exiting automotive retail to focus on other business interests.

Fun Town RV has acquired Nature Coast RV, a family-owned RV dealership in Crystal River, Florida, from owners Randy and Nancy Fife. The acquisition expands Fun Town RV’s retail footprint into Florida; the dealership will be renamed Fun Town RV Nature Coast and remain at its current location.

Mavis Tire Express Services Corp. completed the acquisition of Midas from TBC Corporation, expanding Mavis's retail footprint to more than 3,500 locations across the United States and Canada. Midas will remain a standalone brand headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and the transaction strengthens Mavis's position in the North American automotive repair and maintenance market.

El Car Wash has acquired Johnny Clean Car Wash, adding five Florida locations and expanding its statewide footprint to 80 stores. The acquired sites will be rebranded and integrated into El Car Wash's membership network as the company continues to densify core Florida markets.

El Car Wash acquired five Wash City car wash locations across Orange and Seminole counties in the Greater Orlando area, expanding its Florida footprint and accelerating its plan to surpass 90 sites by the end of 2025. The acquired sites will be integrated into El Car Wash's unlimited membership program and will undergo enhancements to align with El Car Wash's brand and operational standards; Miracle Car Wash Advisors served as exclusive sell-side advisor.

Krause Auto Group, led by Vernon Krause, has acquired McGrath Volvo Cars of Fort Myers (now operating as Volvo Cars Fort Myers) from McGrath Automotive Group. The acquisition expands Krause Auto Group’s Southeast footprint and adds a premium Volvo dealership in Fort Myers, Florida.

Gentex Corporation completed the acquisition of VOXX International Corporation in an all-cash transaction at $7.50 per share, closing April 1, 2025 after VOXX stockholders approved the merger. Gentex says the purchase expands its automotive and consumer electronics capabilities — including VOXX’s distribution network, EyeLock biometric technology and premium audio brands — to accelerate growth in smart home, automotive OEM/aftermarket and consumer products.

Camping World Holdings, Inc. completed the purchase of five dealership locations from Lazydays, declining to close on two additional locations that did not meet its standards. The transaction expands Camping World’s retail and service footprint as it integrates the acquired Lazydays locations into its national network.

Rotunda Capital Partners has acquired AirPro Diagnostics, a Jacksonville-based provider of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) diagnostics, scanning, programming and calibration services. Rotunda will partner with AirPro's existing management (which retains a meaningful stake) to accelerate growth, expand geographically, enhance capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions.

El Car Wash acquired six ZIPS Car Wash sites (including ZIPS Orlando locations and SPIN Car Wash Broward locations) on February 12, 2025, expanding its footprint in Florida. The deal transfers the assets, customer base and operations of the acquired sites to El Car Wash as it deepens its presence in key Florida markets.

Cars Commerce (d/b/a Cars.com) acquired DealerClub, a dealer-to-dealer digital wholesale auction, for approximately $25 million in cash with up to $88 million of additional performance-based consideration. The deal, which closed January 23, 2025, expands Cars Commerce’s Trade & Appraisal strategy by adding transactional wholesale capabilities and access to a dealer-facing marketplace serving 650+ dealer customers.

Warren Henry Auto Group, a privately owned Florida dealership group, has completed the acquisition of Kia of Key West. The dealership will operate as part of the Keys Auto Center family and continue operations at 2826 N Roosevelt Blvd in Key West, Florida, bringing the location into Warren Henry's expanding Florida portfolio.

MidOcean Partners has acquired Arnott Industries, a global leader in aftermarket air suspension products, from Calera Capital. The acquisition strengthens MidOcean's auto aftermarket platform and will support Arnott's growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A; financial terms were not disclosed.

Investor Andy Unanue purchased Sutherlin Nissan of Vero Beach from Sutherlin Automotive Group; the dealership will operate as Nissan of Vero Beach. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented seller Sutherlin Automotive Group in the transaction, which the seller said supports portfolio/brand-mix optimization.

Atlantic Coast Automotive has acquired two Florida dealerships — Audi Lakeland (Lakeland, Fla.) and Volkswagen Brandon (Brandon, Fla.) — from Qvale Auto Group. The transaction, completed Nov. 5, was advised exclusively by The Presidio Group and expands Atlantic Coast Automotive’s dealer footprint across the East Coast.

A111 Capital has completed a majority buyout of Burnyzz, an Ocala, Florida-based classic car restoration, sales and service business. The transaction is supported by subordinated debt and equity investments from Farragut Capital Partners, NewSpring Mezzanine (NewSpring Capital), Pine Street Capital Partners and Salem Investment Partners to fund Burnyzz’s continued growth and capacity expansion while founder/management remain in place.

Classic Collision acquired Bo's Collision Center, including its two Ocala, Florida locations (Bo’s Collision West and East). The family-owned business has served Marion County for more than 50 years; Classic Collision said the deal expands its presence in Florida and brings the shop into its national network.

Classic Collision, LLC acquired Conch Paint & Body, a long-standing family-owned collision repair shop in Key West, Florida. The acquisition expands Classic Collision's footprint in the Florida Keys and adds another local repair center to its national multi-site network.

El Car Wash (ECW), a Warburg Pincus–backed express car wash operator headquartered in Doral, Florida, acquired four car wash locations — two Downtowner Car Wash sites in the Naples/Ft. Myers area, Octopus Car Wash in Winter Springs (Orlando), and Greenlight Car Wash in Oakland Park (Broward). The add-on transactions expand ECW's footprint across South, Southwest and Central Florida and deepen market share within its core geographies as part of a broader growth plan.

Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) purchased three dealerships (Acura, Honda and Subaru) from Duval Motor Company in Jacksonville and Gainesville, Florida, adding an expected $200M+ in annualized revenue. The deal marks Lithia's entry into these Florida markets and expands its import and luxury retail footprint, funded using existing on‑balance sheet capacity.

BBB Industries, a Clearlake-backed sustainable manufacturer, has acquired All Star Auto Parts, a remanufacturer and distributor of automotive lights and wheels headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The deal, completed in August 2024, was an add-on acquisition to strengthen BBB's electronics and aftermarket product offering; terms were not disclosed. Atlantic Street Capital sold All Star after partnering with the company since 2019.

Krause Auto Group of Alpharetta, Georgia purchased three Southwest Florida dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive Group for more than $110 million in an acquisition that includes Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and Sutherlin Genesis in Fort Myers. The stores will be rebranded as Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Genesis; Krause plans renovations and service expansion at the Fort Myers Nissan location. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller in the transaction.

CJ Pony Parts has acquired American Powertrain, a U.S.-based maker of transmission kits for classic and muscle vehicles, to expand CJ Pony's portfolio of in-house proprietary brands and product capabilities. The deal will give American Powertrain access to CJ Pony's e-commerce distribution and resources to support growth; Century Park Capital Partners is referenced as the PE investor and board representation for CJ Pony.

Crash Champions acquired Mitchell Collision Repair, including two locations in Land O' Lakes and Belleview, Florida, expanding its LUXE | EV Certified repair center network. The deal adds OEM and EV repair certifications and expands Crash Champions' Florida footprint as it integrates Mitchell's operations into its nationwide multi-shop platform.

Vehicle Accessories, Inc. (a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries) has acquired Maxton Group, a designer and manufacturer of emblem overlays, badging, LED lighting products, tailgate products and other automotive accessories based in Ormond Beach, Florida. The transaction is VAI’s eighth add-on acquisition and expands the platform’s OEM-facing product portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.

Classic Collision, a national auto body repair consolidator, acquired Heat Collision Auto Body Specialist, which operates locations in North Miami and West Park, Florida. The transaction marks Classic Collision’s 100th business purchase in four years and brings the Heat Collision team into Classic’s South Florida footprint; former owner Lily Navarro will be exiting the business.

Classic Collision, a national multi-site auto body repair operator based in Atlanta, has acquired Crash Depot, a family-owned collision repair shop in Auburndale, Florida. The acquisition expands Classic Collision’s footprint in Florida and adds another repair location to its network of facilities.

El Car Wash, a Miami-based car wash operator backed by Warburg Pincus, acquired two Ultimate Express Car Wash locations in Naples and Fort Myers, accelerating its expansion onto Florida's west coast. The deal adds to El Car Wash's multi-location platform and membership program as the company integrates the sites and upgrades them under the El Car Wash brand.

Warren Henry Auto Group has acquired Niles Sales and Service in Key West and will expand its Keys Auto Center (KAC) offering to include five additional brands, bringing KAC to 13 brands in the Lower Keys. The acquired dealership will continue operating at its current location while KAC undergoes renovations and staffing is increased to support expanded operations.

Kinderhook Industries portfolio company Original One Parts has merged with Performance Depot dba Headlights Depot, an aftermarket automotive lighting distributor headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida. The transaction is the third add-on for Original One under Kinderhook's ownership and expands Original One's national footprint, e-commerce capabilities and aftermarket lighting product offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.

The Dimmitt Automotive Group has acquired Cycle Springs Powersports, the world’s largest Yamaha dealer located in Clearwater, Florida. The transaction expands Dimmitt’s retail footprint into powersports and marine retail, and was facilitated by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions.

El Car Wash, a Miami-based express car wash operator, acquired two Southern Palms Car Wash locations in Palm Beach County, Florida. The deal increases El Car Wash's store density in its core Palm Beach market and will convert/launch the acquired sites under the El Car Wash brand while merging unlimited membership programs.

StoneEagle, an automotive F&I and service software provider, has acquired Pencilwrench, a web-based repair-event documentation software that helps technicians and service advisors create compliant warranty and service claims. The deal, executed with participation from StoneEagle investor Battery Ventures, expands StoneEagle's service and claims-product capabilities and aims to accelerate market adoption of Pencilwrench's tools; terms were not disclosed.

Auto Rescue Solutions, a dispatcher of roadside assistance providers, has acquired Florida-based emergency roadside services operator Road Service 1. The deal expands Auto Rescue's presence in Florida and strengthens its network for motor clubs, insurers and fleet customers; Auto Rescue is backed by Granite Creek Capital Partners.

Radial Equity Partners has entered into a partnership with Multi Parts (MPS), a developer and supplier of non-discretionary replacement parts to the vehicle aftermarket. Terms were not disclosed; Radial said it will provide resources to accelerate MPS's organic growth and pursue complementary acquisitions to support global expansion.

El Car Wash (ECW), a Miami-based express car wash operator backed by Warburg Pincus, acquired Smart Car Wash’s North Miami Beach and West Palm Beach locations and has reopened the sites under the El Car Wash brand. The move expands ECW’s footprint in Florida to 30 operating locations (with 30+ in development) and follows its 2022 recapitalization with Warburg Pincus.

Group 1 Automotive has acquired Estero Bay Chevrolet, the top-volume Chevrolet dealership in Southwest Florida. Kerrigan Advisors represented the Winton and Denson families in the transaction as the sellers; the deal expands Group 1's footprint in a high-growth Florida market.

Sun Auto Tire & Service, a Leonard Green & Partners portfolio company, has acquired Tire Outlet Holdings, Inc. and Tire Outlet Direct, LLC. The acquisition brings Tire Outlet's 14 retail locations and online business in Northeast Florida into Sun Auto's national tire and auto service platform to expand its footprint and retail distribution capabilities.

Ed Morse Automotive Group, led by Teddy Morse, has acquired Bruce Rossmeyer's Daytona Harley‑Davidson and the adjacent Destination Daytona complex from the Rossmeyer family. The dealership will operate as Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley‑Davidson while Destination Daytona will continue to host its existing tenants; the sale was facilitated by DCG Acquisitions and represents a family-owner exit and continuation of the site’s legacy under Ed Morse ownership.

Mammoth Holdings LLC acquired Mr. Squeaky Car Wash, a single-location car wash in Pompano Beach, Florida, from owner Richard Sasso. The deal expands Mammoth's South Florida footprint and will allow Mammoth to introduce its club membership offering to Mr. Squeaky's customer base; Mammoth is a PE-backed express car wash platform.
