Automotive Acquisitions in Louisiana

Classic Collision, a national multi-site collision repair operator based in Atlanta, acquired Auto Craft, Inc., a family-owned collision repair shop in Gretna, Louisiana that has operated for 49 years. The acquisition expands Classic Collision’s network in Louisiana as the company continues to add single-location collision repair and automotive glass businesses to its platform.

Sonic Automotive, Inc. has acquired Audi New Orleans, a franchised Audi dealership located in Metairie, Louisiana, from the Bohn Brothers Automotive Group. The deal marks Sonic's first franchise automotive location in Louisiana, expands its Audi footprint to 10 dealerships and brings its total franchise portfolio to 108 locations nationwide.

Dealer Services Network (DSN), a Frontenac-backed, tech-enabled provider of title and registration services, has acquired Express OMV, expanding DSN's private tag agency network to 18 locations across Louisiana. The acquisition strengthens DSN's ability to deliver title-and-registration (TaaS) and DMV-related services to automotive dealers, fleet managers and consumers in the state.

WhiteWater Express Car Wash has acquired Classic Auto Spa, purchasing all three Classic Auto Spa locations in the Lafayette, Broussard and Carencro markets. The acquisition expands WhiteWater's footprint in Louisiana and brings the chain to 83 washes across six states and 12 MSAs; Classic Auto Spa employees will be onboarded and the sites rebranded to WhiteWater Express.

Mammoth Holdings LLC acquired two express conveyor car wash locations operating as Wash 'N Roll Express Car Wash in Louisiana. The acquisition expands Mammoth's footprint in the Baton Rouge market and Gulf Coast region; Mammoth is a PE-backed car wash platform partnered with Red Dog Equity.

Atlanta-based Mammoth Holdings has acquired Ollie's Car Wash, a three-unit express conveyor car wash operator in Louisiana. The founders, Brady and Melissa Walton, sold the business and each rolled a significant portion of proceeds into equity of Mammoth, which is backed by Red Dog Equity.

Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co. LLC acquired High Lifter Products, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of ATV/UTV performance accessories headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. The deal expands Nivel’s UTV division product portfolio and technical capabilities — High Lifter brings lift kits, tires/wheels, axles, snorkels, a strong premium brand and the Mud Nationals event to Nivel’s portfolio. High Lifter operated ~95 employees at a 52,000 sq. ft. facility prior to the transaction.
