Carr’s Hill Capital Partners Management, LP (“Carr’s Hill Partners” or “CHP”) acquired Opti-Com Manufacturing Network, LLC and Sunbelt Innovative Plastics, LLC, which operate together as OMNI. OMNI designs and manufactures conduit solutions for underground and transportation infrastructure applications, with administrative offices in Elmwood, Louisiana and a manufacturing facility in Slidell, Louisiana.
PillarFour Capital Partners has completed its first investment from Fund III, acquiring 100% of The Bayou Companies’ concrete weight coating and anti-corrosion coating businesses via a corporate carve-out. Bayou’s operations, headquartered in New Iberia, Louisiana, serve offshore and onshore pipeline coatings for the oil and gas and LNG sectors.

Both legacy businesses are wholly owned subsidiaries of Federal Steel, a platform company backed by Westbridge Capital.
Radon Medical Imaging acquired Majestic Medical Solutions, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based provider of medical imaging equipment services and solutions. Classic Collision, a national multi-site collision repair operator based in Atlanta, acquired Auto Craft, Inc., a family-owned collision repair shop in Gretna, Louisiana that has operated for 49 years. The acquisition expands Classic Collision’s network in Louisiana as the company continues to add single-location collision repair and automotive glass businesses to its platform.
OEG has acquired Trinity Rental Services (TRS), a Lafayette, Louisiana-based provider of offshore container rentals and integrity services, adding ~5,600 CCUs and ~80 employees to OEG’s US operations. The deal expands OEG’s Gulf of America fleet and capabilities—including API inspection services—and is the first material acquisition by OEG following its recent purchase by Apollo.

The transaction expands Delta Utilities' footprint across Louisiana and Mississippi, positioning the company to serve roughly 600,000 customers and more than 800 employees following prior platform acquisitions.
Citation Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in Gallo Mechanical, a fourth-generation New Orleans-based mechanical contractor specializing in large-scale HVAC and plumbing installation and services.
