Constellation Affiliated Partners acquired managing general agent Trinity Transportation Services and third-party administrator Global Claims Service to expand its transportation insurance platform and claims capacity. The deals integrate Trinity's towing and recovery insurance programs and Global's claims capabilities into Constellation's MGA platform, which is backed by RedBird Capital Partners.

Aligned Exteriors Group Acquires/Partners with Trinity Exteriors

Aligned Exteriors Group (AEG), a residential exteriors platform backed by River Sea Network and Pearl Street Capital Partners, announced a partnership to acquire Trinity Exteriors, a Minneapolis-region residential roofing services company. Trinity owner Ted Swanson will remain in his current role to manage day-to-day operations as the business joins AEG's Midwest portfolio.

SOCOTEC Consulting, Inc. Acquires Trinity | ERD

SOCOTEC Consulting, Inc., the U.S. arm of global TIC provider SOCOTEC, has completed the acquisition of Trinity | ERD, an architecture and engineering firm specializing in building envelope consulting, forensic investigation, and litigation support. The deal expands SOCOTEC's U.S. footprint with Trinity's offices in Seattle, Honolulu and New Orleans and strengthens its technical services capabilities for existing buildings and forensic engineering.

QE Solar Acquires Tritium3 Renewable Services

QE Solar, backed by private equity firm 424 Capital, acquired Tritium3 Renewable Services (Tritium Enterprises, LLC) of Honolulu, Hawaii. The add-on expands QE's operations & maintenance capabilities into utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS), adding ~300 MW of O&M assets in Hawaii and supporting QE's growth to over 4 GW of assets under management.

Triton International Acquires Global Container International

Triton International Limited completed the acquisition of Global Container International LLC (GCI), integrating GCI's approximately 500,000 TEU container fleet and long-term lease portfolio into Triton. The seller was Wafra (and other selling shareholders), and the deal expands Triton's scale and leasing capabilities in the global container market.
