Solen Software Group has acquired Cairn Applications Inc., a 2008-founded provider of cloud SaaS for the waste hauling industry; the transaction closed in December 2025. Cairn (founder James Moser) supports 350+ customers, manages over 65,000 dumpsters and facilitates nearly $150 million in annual commerce; it will continue operating autonomously under Solen's permanent-capital ownership.
Bellini Capital has made a $3.5 million growth investment in Compliance Risk, a Governance-as-a-Service provider for managed service providers (MSPs), which will rebrand to Compliance Scorecard. The capital will be used to expand the product roadmap with additional risk-management and governance modules to help MSPs offer compliance and basic security operations services.
Accel‑KKR has made a significant equity investment in Loftware and will partner equally with existing investor Riverside Partners to support the company's next stage of global growth. Loftware, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire–based provider of cloud-based enterprise labeling and artwork management solutions, will use the new partnership to accelerate product innovation and international expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.
Avenu Insights & Analytics, a Mill Point Capital‑backed provider of revenue enhancement and administration solutions for state and local governments, has acquired Interware Development Company Inc., a cloud‑based payments provider for local governments. The deal adds Interware's EB2Gov payment platform (serving 485+ customers) to Avenu's GovTech suite to centralize payment processing and expand its payment capabilities across permitting, licensing, utilities and tax revenue collections.
Catalis, a government-focused SaaS and integrated payments provider based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has acquired New Hampshire-based Axiomatic, a web-based software provider for state property tax oversight (PropTax). The deal expands Catalis' CAMA and state-level property tax oversight capabilities and follows Catalis' recent rebrand and prior recapitalization led by PSG and TPG.
AMCS, the Limerick-based provider of software and vehicle technology for environmental and resource industries, has acquired Utility Cloud, a U.S.-based utility operations management SaaS platform. The purchase expands AMCS’ digital solutions for utilities and energy customers by adding Utility Cloud’s cloud-based operations management and compliance capabilities to AMCS’ portfolio.
Moonshot Brands, an e-commerce brands aggregator, has acquired QueryStax, a female‑founded SaaS company that automates eCommerce data storage and reporting for Amazon sellers. QueryStax’s team and technology will be fully integrated into Moonshot Brands to enhance the platform’s data and reporting capabilities for portfolio brands and customers.
Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) made a majority growth investment in MediSpend, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire–based provider of SaaS compliance solutions for the life sciences industry. The investment will fund product and client expansion across life sciences; Scott Feldman of SGE will join MediSpend’s board alongside CEO Craig Hauben and existing investors Steve Eaton and Dave Cormack. Financial terms were not disclosed.
StepStone has acquired a majority stake in Appcast, a U.S.-based programmatic job advertising and recruitment ad tech provider. The acquisition brings Appcast’s Clickcast SaaS platform and programmatic capabilities into StepStone’s global job-board and recruitment technology portfolio, and follows prior investment in Appcast by Baird Capital.
Medstreaming, a Redmond, Washington healthcare workflow software provider, has acquired M2S, a registry software vendor headquartered in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. The deal—sold by prior investor Altaris Capital—combines Medstreaming's workflow and analytics capabilities with M2S's registry platform to create an integrated, cloud-based data and registry offering serving hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare stakeholders.
