Will Sarni will join Earth Finance as Practice Leader, Water and Nature, strengthening the firm's capability to advise corporations, investors, the public sector and NGOs on water-related risks and natural capital strategies.

Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation unit of Publicis Groupe, has acquired Spinnaker SCA, a Boulder, Colorado–based supply chain strategy, planning and execution consulting firm. The acquisition strengthens Publicis Sapient's digital supply chain capabilities — including supply chain design, planning, analytics and AI/ML — and will form the foundation of a new digital supply chain practice; terms were not disclosed.

ACA Group, a provider of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, has acquired Compliance Resource Partners, Inc. Gateway Proven Strategies (GPS.Global), a Denver-based cannabis strategy and consulting firm, has acquired the Global Cannabis Network Collective (GCNC), bringing GCNC co-founders Chris Day and Jillian Reddish into ownership and executive roles at GPS. The deal brings Fine Points’ leadership development and coaching capabilities into FlashPoint to increase capacity and expand client offerings while Fine Points’ founder Amy Savage joins FlashPoint as a consultant and account manager.
