The deal expands DNSFilter’s product into a more complete Secure Web Gateway (SWG), enabling URL, file type, IP and port filtering alongside DNS protection.

The deal expands Thrive's international footprint with new offices and data centers across the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines and strengthens its cybersecurity, cloud, and automation capabilities for financial services clients.
Kaseya completed its $6.2 billion all-cash acquisition of Datto, valuing Datto at $35.50 per share. The deal strengthens Kaseya’s IT Complete platform with Datto’s continuity, networking, endpoint management and business management solutions and includes planned workflow integrations and price reductions for Datto technology.
