Advania Acquires UK IT Solutions Provider CCS Media

Advania, a Goldman Sachs Alternatives-backed Northern European IT services group, has agreed to acquire 100% of CCS Media from its management and employees. The deal (expected to close in Q4 2024 subject to regulatory approvals) expands Advania's UK footprint and capabilities, combining CCS Media's product distribution and solutions expertise with Advania's managed services and cloud capabilities to better serve the UK mid-market and public sector.

Cisco Systems Acquires Tandberg

Cisco Systems completed a takeover of Oslo-based videoconferencing vendor Tandberg in a deal valued at about $3.3 billion, gaining control of 91.1% of shares and launching a compulsory acquisition for the remainder. The acquisition expands Cisco's telepresence and videoconferencing portfolio; former Tandberg CEO Fredrik Halvorsen will join Cisco as senior vice president and head of its TelePresence Technology Group.

Cisco Acquires Accedian from Bridge Growth Partners
