EMC Corporation acquired Bus-Tech, Inc., a Bedford, Massachusetts provider of Virtual Tape Library (VTL) solutions, and integrated it into EMC's Backup Recovery Systems division to strengthen EMC's mainframe disk-based backup and deduplication offerings.
