Aero Snow Acquires Tovar Snow Professionals

Aero Snow, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has acquired Tovar Snow Professionals, a Chicago/Elgin-based commercial snow and ice removal company. The deal combines two market leaders to create the largest pure-play snow and ice removal company in North America, expanding scale, geographic footprint and capabilities to better serve airports, corporate properties, railroads and distribution centers.
