An affiliate of private equity firm Thoma Bravo completed the acquisition of PLATO Learning, Inc. for approximately $143 million on May 25, 2010. PLATO stockholders received $5.60 per share in cash and PLATO Learning’s common shares were delisted from NASDAQ following closing.
