The combined company will create an end-to-end, cloud-first scientific research platform aimed at improving lab efficiency and accelerating discovery across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals and materials industries.

The acquisition gives Dotmatics an end-to-end capability for flow cytometry workflows and adds EasyPanel's intelligent, algorithm-driven panel design and inventory management tools to its scientific software platform.
