Bear Peak Power has acquired Grid Projects Co., gaining access to Grid Projects' pipeline of commercial & industrial (C&I) projects in the Massachusetts SMART program and 18 MW of projects under development. Grid Projects' owner Michael Marcotte joins Bear Peak as Managing Partner to help expand the firm's development capabilities and geographic reach.
