48forty Solutions, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and Summit Partners, has acquired CALco Pallets from Strength Capital Partners. The add-on expands 48forty's footprint in the northern Midwest, adding CALco's manufacturing, recycling and mulch-production capabilities and nearly 300 employees across facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin.
