Sullivans (Sullivan, Inc.) has acquired Woodstock Chimes (Woodstock Percussion, Inc.), bringing the market-leading wind chime and musical gift brand into Sullivans' home décor portfolio. The acquisition expands Sullivans' outdoor and garden decor offerings and positions Woodstock Chimes for product innovation and broader retail and DTC distribution; founders Garry and Diane Kvistad will step away with founder Garry remaining an ambassador.
