The Dolan Company (NYSE:DM) has acquired DataStream Content Solutions, LLC, a College Park, Maryland-based provider of federal legislative and regulatory data and content management systems; the deal included DataStream's subsidiary Potomac Publishing. DataStream will join Dolan's Business Information Division and continue operating from College Park under its existing management, adding subscription-based legislative and regulatory content and data-management capabilities to Dolan's product portfolio.
