PIA Group, a digital agency platform backed by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired UDG United Digital Group from EQT Expansion Capital II. The deal brings UDG’s UX, digital architecture and implementation capabilities into PIA’s portfolio — UDG has ~€40m revenue and around 400 employees across multiple German sites; financial terms were not disclosed.

JS Global (White Wolf Portfolio) Acquires Atlantic Design Group

JS Global, a Maryland-based government services contractor and portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, has acquired Atlantic Design Group (ADG), a metro Washington D.C. architecture, engineering and construction firm focused on Federal government and commercial projects. The deal is an add-on to JS Global’s AT/FP platform intended to expand design capabilities and overseas federal work across the combined client base.

MSQ Acquires United Digital Group (UDG)

The deal, which adds UDG's design, engineering and technical delivery capabilities to MSQ's global network, is part of MSQ's PE-backed growth strategy supported by One Equity Partners and LDC; UDG was previously part of PIA Group (owned by Equistone).

The deal expands OneDigital’s financial services capabilities in the South, strengthens its Atlanta presence, and integrates SWMG into OneDigital’s national platform; SWMG was represented by FP Transitions in the transaction.

Claritas Acquires AcquireWeb

The acquisition expands Claritas' closed-loop marketing capabilities by combining its segmentation and measurement assets with AcquireWeb's audience activation technologies.
