MSQ Acquires United Digital Group (UDG)

MSQ has acquired United Digital Group (UDG), a €40m-revenue, 350-strong German digital customer experience agency, to build a pan‑European digital customer experience and tech powerhouse. The deal, which adds UDG's design, engineering and technical delivery capabilities to MSQ's global network, is part of MSQ's PE-backed growth strategy supported by One Equity Partners and LDC; UDG was previously part of PIA Group (owned by Equistone).

ECI Partners Acquires Independent Governance Group (IGG)

ECI Partners has acquired Independent Governance Group (IGG), the UK provider of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services; LDC has exited its majority stake but has reinvested alongside ECI. Crescent Capital's European Specialty Lending strategy led the debt financing to support the transaction. IGG employs more than 200 people, serves 386 pension schemes with around £324bn of assets and will pursue further organic growth and acquisitions under ECI's ownership.

Agital Acquires WDG (Web Development Group)

Blackstone Acquires International Data Group (IDG) for $1.3B

Blackstone’s private equity funds have completed the acquisition of International Data Group, Inc. (IDG) from Oriental Rainbow, LLC (a China Oceanwide subsidiary) for an enterprise value of $1.3 billion. IDG — which includes IDC and IDG Communications — provides market intelligence, data and technology-focused media; Blackstone said it will partner with IDG to expand product offerings and drive technology innovation.

IntelliBridge Acquires U.Group

The deal adds more than 250 employees to IntelliBridge and brings AI/ML, data analytics, DevSecOps, software development and systems engineering capabilities to the PE-backed platform, enhancing its federal government offerings.

Agilisium Acquires Majority Stake in Ubique Digital
