Westlake Chemical Corporation has completed the acquisition of Dimex LLC from Grey Mountain Partners. The purchase adds Dimex’s recycled-plastics compounding and manufactured products (landscape edging, matting, marine edging, masonry joints) and approximately 300+ employees in Marietta, Ohio to Westlake’s sustainable product portfolio.
