M80 Acquires Beastcoast

M80, an international esports and gaming organization, has acquired esports organization Beastcoast, integrating Beastcoast’s teams, creators, and media business into M80’s platform. The deal brings Beastcoast’s Dota 2 team, a large Pokemon media business, key staff (including CEO Grant Zinn) and audience reach to accelerate M80’s expansion into new esports titles and global fan markets.

Fusion92 Acquires TRAK Data

The TRAK team will join Fusion92's Data & Analytics department and the platform will be integrated into Fusion92's product suite to expand its data-science and audience-targeting capabilities.

OpenAI Acquires Rockset

Dynatrace has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Runecast, an AI-powered security and compliance vendor, to extend Dynatrace’s cloud-native security, security posture management and compliance monitoring capabilities. The acquisition will embed Runecast’s automated security posture management into Dynatrace’s unified observability and security platform to improve real-time vulnerability assessment, threat detection and compliance for hybrid and multicloud environments.

Hudl Acquires Realtrack Systems

Hudl has acquired Realtrack Systems, the Spain-based developer of the WIMU PRO athlete wearable and monitoring platform, to integrate human performance wearable data into Hudl’s performance analysis suite. The acquisition brings Realtrack’s hardware and cloud-based analytics into Hudl’s video and data products to strengthen real-time monitoring and post-session performance analysis for professional sports organizations.
