Zebra Technologies has acquired antuit.ai, an AI-powered SaaS provider of demand forecasting and merchandising solutions for the retail and CPG industries. The acquisition (previously owned by a consortium led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management) expands Zebra's retail software portfolio by adding advanced AI forecasting capabilities to better connect planning and execution across customers' supply chains and store operations.

Zebra Technologies Acquires Matrox Imaging

Zebra Technologies announced the acquisition of Matrox Imaging (Matrox Electronic Systems Ltd.), a developer of machine vision hardware and software, for $875 million to broaden its industrial machine vision and automation offerings. The deal expands Zebra’s software, machine learning and fixed industrial scanning capabilities and is expected to close in 2022 after customary approvals.

PES will form the basis of a new cost‑optimization business unit within E78, expanding E78's capability to reduce IT and cloud spend for Fortune 500, private equity portfolio and middle‑market clients. The deal was announced July 5, 2022; financial terms and a selling party were not disclosed.
