Jamieson Wellness Acquires Distribution Operating Assets in China

Jamieson Wellness Inc. completed the previously announced acquisition of operating assets from its distribution partner in China for approximately CAD 26 million, giving the company full value-chain ownership in the market. The move enables Jamieson to operate sales, marketing and distribution directly in China as it pursues growth; a previously announced partnership with DCP Capital to support expansion in China is expected to close shortly.
