Alares (Grain Management-backed) Acquires Azza Telecom

Alares, a Grain Management‑backed telecommunications operator headquartered in São Paulo, has completed the acquisition of Azza Telecom, expanding Alares' presence across the state of São Paulo and adding Azza's ~132,000 subscribers and ~630 employees. The deal makes Alares one of the largest ISPs in Brazil and the fourth largest in the state of São Paulo; integration will focus on network, systems, stores and accelerating B2B offerings.

Netrics Acquires Majority Stake in GARAIO AG

Netrics, the BU-backed cloud and modern workplace platform, has acquired a majority stake in Swiss-based GARAIO AG, a provider of consulting services and customized software solutions. The add-on strengthens Netrics' capabilities in digitalization, modern workplace, cloud services and AI, and brings GARAIO's ~70 experts and sites in Bern, Zurich (Switzerland) and Sofia (Bulgaria) into the platform.

Netmore Group Acquires Everynet

Swedish IoT operator Netmore Group has completed the acquisition of LoRaWAN network operator Everynet, extending Netmore's carrier-grade LPWAN and IoT platform into Brazil and the broader South America region. The deal broadens Netmore's NaaS/PaaS offerings and regional footprint to serve utilities, agriculture, smart cities and transportation customers, and Netmore has named Gustavo Zarife as VP for South America and Country Manager for Brazil.

Prometheus Group Acquires Webalo

The deal integrates Webalo's frontline data-capture and AI workflow capabilities into Prometheus's EAM platform to create a closed-loop digital execution solution; financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction brings Georgia Public Web into Accelecom as Accelecom Georgia and expands Accelecom’s middle-mile and broadband footprint across Georgia and neighboring states to better serve enterprise, carrier and community customers.
