Osceola Capital Management, a Tampa-based lower middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 360 Quote, a digital media lead-generation platform focused on auto insurance. 360 Quote concurrently completed four add-on acquisitions—AutoInsuranceEZ.com, CarInsurance.org, Insurantly.com and CompareAutoInsurance.com—to consolidate premium insurance lead-generation websites under the 360 Quote brand as part of a buy-and-build strategy.
